Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In-Store Pickup

 

Curbside pickup is available for All Physical purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Please contact us via our email address info@krakulu.com before scheduling a pickup and we will confirm when you can collect your order.

 

Free Shipping

 

We offer free First Class Tracked and Signed shipping on Orders over £150 to the UK.

Expected Shipping Fees

 

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

0kg - 0.75kg                                  £6.00          

0.75kg - 1.5kg                               £8.00          

1.5kg - 8kg                                    £12               

8kg +                                            £20             

 

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

 

For Purchases including a Digital Product this includes but is not limited to (STL) Files you will receive a link via email that will allow you to download your digital purchases. This link will be active for thirty (30) days upon which the link will expire and no longer work. After the link expires you can contact us via info@krakulu.com asking for another link after which another link will be sent to the same email address.

 

Please make sure you include the name or names of the Digital product’s that you want a new link for in the email.

 

The email that these links will be sent to will be the email that was used to login to this website.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We offer worldwide shipping. First Class Tracked and signed (Where available) shipping on international orders.

 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. We will however (Where applicable) try to reduce the total cost of the shipping on your order.

 

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

 

For large orders containing physical products (over £100) please allow some extra time for the product to be shipped, as some of the physical products are made to order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a review estimated date for delivery.
